Bushfire Community Day 2024

More than 2,500 community members gathered at the Kalamunda Community Centre on October 6, 2024, for the fourth annual DFES Bushfire Community Day, a collaborative event with the Bushfire Centre of Excellence and the City of Kalamunda, to gear up for the southern bushfire season!

The awards honour and acknowledge the achievements of volunteers, career firefighters and DFES staff throughout Western Australia who have shown exceptional dedication to duty over the past 12 months.
