Bushfire Research Update: Selected Papers 2025 – Part 2

Eight research papers have been reviewed by the Interagency Bushfire Operations Committee (IBOC) Bushfire Research Subcommittee, covering topics from peat ignition and fuel-break management to community resilience and emerging satellite fire behaviour technology.

Congratulations to this year’s individual and team finalists and young people award winners who have been selected from a pool of exceptional nominations. Winners will be announced at the awards gala dinner on Saturday 5 September.
