The Bushfire Centre of Excellence’s Cultural Fire Program has been honoured with the 2025 AFAC Lessons Management Award for its approach to lessons management, which involved adapting a national framework to reflect First Nations knowledge and practices.

Congratulations to this year's 45 finalists who have been selected from a pool of exceptional nominations. Winners will be announced at the awards gala dinner on Friday 29 August.
